Dr. Dori Laub was born in Cernauti, Romania on June 8, 1937. He is currently a practicing psychoanalyst in New Haven, Connecticut who works primarily with victims of massive psychic trauma as well as their children.

Dori is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine and Co-Founder of the Fortunoff Video Archive for Holocaust Testimonies. He obtained his M.D. at the Hadassah Medical School at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel and his M.A. in Clinical Psychology at the Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel. He was Acting Director of Genocide Study Program (GSP) at Yale between 2000 and 2003. Since 2001, he has served as Deputy Director for Trauma Studies for the GSP.

Dr Laub has published on the topic of psychic trauma, its knowing and representation in a variety of psychoanalytic journals and has co-authored a book entitled Testimony-Crises of Witnessing in Literature, Psychoanalysis, and History with Professor Shoshana Felman.

Dr. Jamie Marich is the author of three books on trauma: 
Trauma Made Simple (2014), 
Trauma and the Twelve Steps (2012), 
and EMDR Made Simple (2011).

She travels internationally as an invited continuing education speaker on topics connected to trauma, addiction, and mindfulness. She is the creator of the Dancing Mindfulness practice and now leads a team of international facilitators in the mindfulness and trauma-informed practice. Marich still maintains a private practice in her hometown of Youngstown, OH, primarily specializing in EMDR as a treatment modality.

Marich began her career as a humanitarian aid worker in post-war Bosnia from 2000-2003, an experience she will be sharing through a TEDx talk in January 2015.

Geri Lynn Weinstein-Mathews has been providing therapy for more than 20 years. Within that time she played a significant role delivering care to the Firefighters of New York City in the wake of the September 11th attacks. Recently Geri Lynn has turned her efforts to documentary filmmaking with her film Justice Denied to advocate and educate on the subject of rape in the military, and specifically male survivors of sexual assault in the military.
