In the last two decades, Jamie Redford has written, directed or produced over a dozen films, including the award‑winning HBO documentaries The Big Picture, Toxic Hot Seat and Mann v. Ford.

Jamie co‑founded the Redford Center with his father in 2007 as a vehicle to make documentaries that inspire positive change. He holds a B.A. in creative writing and film from the University of Colorado, Boulder and an M.A. in literature from Northwestern University.

Peter M. Bernstein, PhD, FAPA, MFT is founder and director of the Bernstein Institute for Trauma Treatment in Petaluma, CA. In private practice since 1974, Peter holds a doctorate in clinical psychology as a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Dr. Bernstein specializes in the field of emotional and physical trauma and is the author of Trauma: Healing the Hidden Epidemic. A veteran of the Vietnam War era, Peter completed advanced infantry training at Fort Ord on the Monterey peninsula.

The Bernstein Institute offers individual, couples, and group therapy and uses Reichian-Myofascial Release Therapy (RMFR), a unique and proprietary modality developed by Dr. Bernstein for healing trauma, PTS, and other behavioral health issues.

Tracy is a nutrition therapist, registered licensed dietitian and attuned eating coach in private practice providing in-person, phone and online counseling since 2006. Tracy specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and eating problems for both adults and children.

Tracy’s experiences center on counseling and coaching in outpatient and intensive outpatient eating disorder settings and mindful, intuitive eating individual and group sessions. She maintains both an in-person and online practice with people from all over the country. Tracy has worked with individuals and groups on healing their worries with food, weight, body image and movement, championing their freedom through connection with their inner wisdom, using nutrition information gently and relying on intuitive eating.

Tracy also uses a personality based psychological and spiritual system called the Enneagram to help clients see where habitual ego patterns get them stuck (especially with food or body image issues) and how to operate more from the current moment as well as somatic tracking, grounding, resourcing and other tools to help people feel their own experiences to foster embodiment.

Daniel Siegel, MD is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and completed his postgraduate medical education at UCLA with training in pediatrics and child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry.

He is currently a clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine, founding director of UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center, founding co-investigator at the UCLA Center for Culture, Brain and Development, and executive director of the Mindsight Institute, an educational center devoted to promoting insight, compassion, and empathy in individuals, families, institutions, and communities.

Dr. Siegel is the founding editor of the Norton Professional series on Interpersonal Neurobiology, now with 50 textbooks in publication.

Dr. George Lindenfeld is a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology awarded by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He served as a Resident in Medical Psychology at the University of Oregon Medical School in Portland, Oregon. His career as a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist spans a 45 year time period. He has been certified in EEG Biofeedback and Neurofeedback by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America as well as by the Academy of Certified Neurotherapists.
