Anna B. Baranowsky, Ph.D., C. Psych, is the CEO of the Traumatology Institute (Canada) and is a psychologist who works with trauma survivors. Her guiding principle has been the development of service to meet the needs of trauma survivors, their families, friends and organizations, and professionals seeking personal care and training to advance their knowledge in the field.
Dr. Baranowsky received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa. She is a Green Cross Scholar, Registered Traumatologist and Trainer. She serves on the board of directors of the Academy of Traumatology and is a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress through the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and is recognized by The National Center for Crisis Management.

Lt. Eric Strom spent 5 years active duty in the US Marine Corps from 1999-2004. In 2009, he received his Masters in Social Work and then in 2010 began serving with the Minnesota Army National Guard as a behavioral health officer. Today, Eric works in private practice in Northern Minnesota, specializing in trauma with veterans.

Kathy Steele has been offering consultation and training for the past 30 years in the areas of complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment.
She is sought as a consultant and supervisor, and as an international lecturer and trainer.
Kathy is a Past President and Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD), and has served on the Board of the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ISTSS), as well as served on the International Task Force that developed treatment guidelines for Dissociative Disorders.
Currently Kathy is on a Joint Task Force that is developing treatment guidelines for Complex PTSD.
Kathy has authored and co-authored numerous book chapters, journal articles, and two award winning books on trauma and dissociation with Dutch colleagues: The Haunted Self: Structural Dissociation of the Personality and Treatment of Chronic Traumatization [Norton Series on Interpersonal Neurobiology], and Coping with Trauma-related Dissociation: Skills Training for Patients and Therapists. One of her current projects is a third book on treatment of trauma-related dissociation focused on the issues that clinicians often bring to supervision.
